-HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information for each curated box or item, then select the payment method.

With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, there's no need to worry. If you or the recipient is not 100% satisfied with our delivery, we will either collect and replace or collect and refund your order.

Of course! You can let us know the date you would like your package to arrive. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. We will ship it with expected arrival on your specific date. Please note, that there can be delays or acts of God that can affect the delivery that is out of our control.
-HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Generally, your order may take three business days to ship in Alexandria & Cairo and five business days for other governorates .
-DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer Next Business Day shipping in only some areas. Your choices will be displayed at checkout. The price at checkout will be for one box. If you are shipping more than one box, even if it is to the same address, we will have to quote the shipping cost for you.
